This policy explains which personal data we process when you use the cblue.be website, why we do so, and what your rights are.<\/p>

2. Purposes and legal basis<\/h2>

Contact form<\/strong> \u2014 The data you send us (your name, your e-mail address, the subject and the content of your message) is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry and to follow up on our exchanges. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the commercial follow-up of your enquiry, our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).<\/p>

Website analytics<\/strong> \u2014 We measure how the site is used (pages viewed, referral source, device type) in order to understand that use and improve the site’s content and usability. This measurement relies on cookies and similar technologies that are only placed after you agree to them. Your data is accessible only to CBlue staff who need it for the purposes described above (sales, technical and administrative teams), all of whom are bound by a duty of confidentiality.<\/p>

The website and its databases are hosted on infrastructure managed by CBlue itself, within the European Union: no third-party host is involved. Analytics are carried out using [name of the analytics tool], [self-hosted by CBlue \/ provided by [supplier name], acting as a processor].<\/p>

We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not pass it on to any third party for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed to a public authority where the law requires us to do so. No data is transferred outside the European Union.<\/p>
