A technical adventure born in Namur in 2006
It all began in 2006: Arnaud Ligot, then an IT student at the University of Namur, received his first development request for an open-source e-learning platform. Soon joined by Noël Dieschburg — still with us today — he made this encounter the starting point of a specialization that would become our signature.
In nearly twenty years, CBlue has grown without ever denying its DNA: a deeply technical company, driven by quality execution and word-of-mouth rather than commercial outreach. In 2017, we expanded internationally with an office in Paris; in 2020, we moved into our ‘low-energy’ Namur headquarters, recognized at COP28 as an exemplary building.
Strongly rooted in the Walloon IT ecosystem, we remain faithful to a conviction: open source as a guarantee of freedom, security, and lasting partnership with our clients.
